Yes, a $250 deposit is required for recurring and special event rentals. This deposit is refundable, provided there are no damages or additional fees.

Yes, you may decorate as long as no damage is done (no tape, nails, or permanent alterations). Any damages will result in additional charges.

We provide complimentary tables and chairs upon request and based on availability.

Temporary signage or banners may be placed outside during your rental period but must be removed immediately afterward.

Food is only permitted in the common areas, but never inside the studios.

Renters are responsible for cleaning up after use (sweeping, putting furniture back, and emptying trash if necessary).
Trash bins are available, and recycling must be properly sorted.

A staff member will be there to let you into the building and ensure you have all that you need.

Studios are equipped with sound systems that have standard AUX/Bluetooth connectivity.
Renters must bring their own AUX cable adapter if needed.

Thermostats are pre-programmed for energy efficiency.
Adjustments should not be made, as changes take hours to take effect and can disrupt temperature balance.

A lost-and-found box is located in the lobby. Items are donated monthly if unclaimed.

Our Grant Park/Marchon studio is conveniently located in the heart of Atlanta — making it a central location for families, professionals, and artists and makers. Our studio is located within the retail space of the Marchon Apartment building, right next to the King Memorial MARTA station, and alongside the enchanting Oakland Cemetery.
Parking Deck Access: Take Oakland Avenue to the dead end (into the railroad and MARTA), turn left and enter the deck and continue to the lower parking deck (not the gated parking for residents). We have 24 parking spot for Neighborhood Ballet families!
Additional Transportation Options:
Atlanta Park Mobile surface lot. This is just steps away from our pedestrian entrance on Grant Street.
Consider taking the MARTA. We are conveniently located near the King Memorial station making for easy commutes for those who take the MARTA.
