School Break Camps
School breaks are the perfect opportunity to embark on a new adventure, but no need to travel far! We’ll be journeying to some exciting places this season and offering dance-filled fun right from the comfort of our studios! Each camp features themed dance classes, imaginative crafts, and exciting activities tailored especially for young movers.
This season we’re offering a few week-long a day-long camps! Check out our exciting adventures below and see which options your dancer will join us for!
Magical Encanto Fall Break Camp

October 13th-October 17th, 2025
Step into a world bursting with color, rhythm, and magic — and discover the special spark within! Throughout the week, your little dancers will explore vibrant movement and activities inspired by a joyful, magical family full of unique gifts. From graceful twirls that tell stories of courage and heart, to powerful moves that celebrate strength, every moment will highlight the magic that makes each of us one of a kind! Along with dancing, campers will dive into creative crafts, designing magical props and accessories that bring their enchanted adventure to life.
Shake It Off! Day Camp

November 4th, 2025 and January 5th, 2026
Calling all young Swifties! Join us on a Taylor Swift-themed day camp filled with music, dancing, and creativity! Your dancer will dive into a world of Taylor-inspired activities—from learning choreography to their favorite songs, to crafting friendship bracelets, and creating their own mini "eras" tour.
Tumble in the Jungle Day Camp

December 29th-December 31st, 2025
Get ready for a wild and exciting adventure as we leap, roll, and tumble through the jungle! Throughout the day, your little explorers will dance and move like the animals of the rainforest—swinging like monkeys, prowling like tigers, and fluttering like colorful birds. With energetic choreography inspired by the rhythms of the jungle, every step will be filled with adventure and fun!
Frozen Fantasy Winter Break Camp

Get ready to “Let It Glow” at our Frozen Fantasy Winter Break Camp! Join us for a magical adventure filled with sparkling snowflakes, icy dances, and sing-along fun inspired by two adventurous sisters and their snowy kingdom. Designed especially for tiny tots aged 3-6 years old, this camp is the perfect way to introduce your little ones to the joy of dance and winter magic. Bundle up and get ready to shine!

Wizard World! Day Camp

Mermaids & Pirates Spring Break Camp

Ahoy, mateys! Embark on a magical journey at our Mermaids & Pirates Little Dancer Camp! Throughout the week, your little adventurers will explore whimsical dance routines inspired by the magic and mischief of mermaids and pirates! They’ll also dive into imaginative crafting, creating magical props and accessories to bring their adventure to life.

Camp Cancellation Policy: 100% tuition is due upon registration. In the event of withdrawal, 50% may be credited to your account for future use. 50% is non-transferable. Neighborhood Ballet is unable to offer any refunds for camps at this time. No credit can be given for withdrawals within two weeks of camp beginning.

Our Little Dancer Camps are 3 hours filled with movement, music, crafts and a snack. These camps are created to immerse your dancer in the theme- from the moment they walk into the studio they'll be able to color and explore themed activities. The day will include storytime, a full dance class, crafting and/or coloring, group activities, and learning choreography. At the end of the week we have a showing for caregivers to see the exciting adventures we've taken in camp!

Campers should wear clothes that are comfortable for moving along with shoes appropriate for whatever style camp they are taking (ballet shoes, sneakers, barefoot, etc). Ballet shoes should be worn for all camps EXCEPT FOR Hip Hop Heroes and Under the Big Top Acro camp. Hip Hop—please wear clean sneakers! Acro—dancers will be barefoot! Our uniform options are always encouraged and are suitable for camps! Caregivers may also choose to pack an extra pair of clothes, just in case!

Please send your dancer with a water bottle, snack, and change of clothes, all labeled clearly with their name. All snacks must be NUT FREE to ensure a safe environment for all dancers. If your dancer has any allergies we should know about, please let us know upon arrival. Please avoid glass containers for snacks, these break easily on our concrete floors.

Drop off begins 10 minutes prior to the camp start time. Caregivers will be asked to sign their dancer in each day, at which time they should also note important information like allergies and emergency contacts.

Please pick up promptly at 12:00pm (unless you’ve signed up for our Post-Camp Care option, then pick up is at 1:30pm). Post-Camp Care is offered as a drop-in option this summer (GRANT PARK ONLY). If you are interested in extending your dancer's camp stay, you can register for this option in your Member Portal.

Showcase is for week-long Little Dancer Camps only!
Caregivers, friends, and loved ones are invited into the studio on Friday at 11:45 AM to see what their dancers have learned!
