You’ll assist with classes, occasionally step in as a substitute, and help prepare students for performances—all while creating a fun and encouraging environment for young dancers.
Qualifications:
Extensive training in dance
Enthusiasm for working with children
Reliable, positive, and professional
Teaching or assistant experience a plus (but not required—we’ll provide mentorship!)
Part-Time Studio Concierge
The studio concierge is the heart of the studio’s operations. Your role is to ensure a seamless, welcoming, and supportive experience for families and students. Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday afternoon/evening availability required.
Be the first and last impression. Greet everyone with warmth and enthusiasm.
Know the details. Be familiar with class schedules, educator names, events, and policies to provide informed answers.
Maintain professionalism. If you don’t have an answer, offer to find out instead of saying “I don’t know.” Keep conversations uplifting and appropriate.
Keep the space clean and welcoming. Ensure the studio space, including the lobby and boutique, is tidy, organized, and inviting at all times.
Facilitate smooth studio operations. Manage the flow in, and out, of students and caretakers. Ensure students make it to the correct studio for class time, and support a safe dismissal.
Assist customers in the boutique. Be knowledgeable about uniforms, dancewear, and sizing and help families find the right products. Process purchases and fulfill orders quickly and accurately.
