Strength & Conditioning - This fun and active open-level class is perfect for anyone looking to get their body moving! Class will start with an active warmup and dynamic stretching and then will move through various bodyweight exercises and circuits targeting different muscle groups. Utilizing movements and principles from various practices such as Calisthenics, Pilates, and Weightlifting to increase power, stability, and strength, this class will create a supportive environment to develop functional strength and build confidence. Dress code: anything you can move in.
