    • Intro to Ballet – Perfect for absolute beginners! Learn the fundamentals of ballet in a welcoming, no-pressure environment. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in—ballet shoes recommended but not required for your first class.

    • Intro / Beginning Ballet – A gentle step up from Intro, ideal for those continuing their ballet journey or returning after time away. Comfortable dancewear and ballet shoes will help you feel your best.

    • Advanced Beginning Ballet – For dancers with basic knowledge of ballet vocabulary and technique, ready to build strength, coordination, and confidence. Wear fitted dancewear and ballet shoes to support your movement and alignment.

    • Intermediate Ballet – Designed for experienced dancers comfortable with ballet terminology and combinations, looking to refine artistry and technique. Wear fitted dancewear and ballet shoes to support your movement and alignment.

    • Strength for Pointe - This empowering class is designed to build the strength, stability, and alignment needed for safe and confident pointe work—while benefiting dancers whether or not they wear pointe shoes. Through targeted exercises, we’ll focus on foot and ankle conditioning, core engagement, and total-body strength to support beautiful lines and injury prevention. Perfect for dancers returning to pointe, working toward their first pair, or simply looking to improve balance, posture, and control. Come ready to challenge yourself, build resilience, and feel stronger from the ground up!

  • Get ready to move, groove, and shine! This high-energy class blends classic jazz technique with dynamic choreography to build strength, flexibility, and musicality. Whether you’re new to jazz or returning to the studio, you’ll love the upbeat music, expressive movement, and welcoming atmosphere. Wear comfortable dancewear and jazz shoes (or sneakers with a flexible sole) and come ready to have fun!

  • Express yourself through movement in this fluid and dynamic class that blends elements of modern, ballet, and lyrical dance. Contemporary encourages creativity, emotional connection, and full-body movement while building strength, control, and artistry.   • Step into the spotlight! This lively class combines jazz technique with character-driven choreography inspired by Broadway’s biggest hits. Perfect for dancers who love to perform, you'll build confidence, stage presence, and storytelling skills—all while dancing to your favorite show tunes. Wear comfortable dancewear and jazz shoes, and get ready to shine!

  • Beginning Tap
    Start your tap journey here! This class introduces the fundamentals of rhythm, timing, and footwork in a fun, supportive environment. No prior experience needed—just bring your curiosity and a love for music. Wear comfortable clothing and tap shoes.

    Intermediate Tap
    Take your tap skills to the next level! Designed for dancers with a solid foundation, this class focuses on clarity, speed, and musicality through more complex combinations and rhythms. Tap shoes and comfortable, movement-friendly clothing recommended.

  • Bring the energy and feel the beat in this high-powered, rhythm-driven class! Learn fun combos and freestyle basics while building coordination, confidence, and personal style. All levels are welcome in this upbeat, supportive space. Wear comfortable clothing and clean sneakers that are reserved for studio use only.

  • Strengthen your core, improve posture, and increase flexibility in this low-impact class focused on mindful movement and body alignment. Pilates is great cross-training for dancers and non-dancers alike, helping you feel strong, centered, and refreshed. Please bring your own mat—studio mats are available if needed.

  • Take a deep breath and give your body the care it deserves. This relaxing class is designed for dancers and non-dancers alike to improve flexibility, release tension, and reconnect with themselves through gentle, guided stretching. Please bring your own mat—studio mats are available if needed.

  • Step into the flow and discover the moving meditation of Vinyasa yoga. In this class, breath and movement connect seamlessly as you transition through a series of poses designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Each practice feels like a gentle yet energizing journey—sometimes slow and mindful, sometimes dynamic and uplifting. Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice, you’ll be guided in a supportive space where you can release stress, move with intention, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed.

    Please bring a yoga mat with you. If you forget, don’t worry—the studio has extras available for you.

  • INTENSATI is feel-good fitness for body, mind and spirit.  We combine bold movement, mindfulness and positive mantra to create heart-pounding energy, connection and empowerment.  All bodies and all skill levels are perfect for INTENSATI — come experience it for yourself and leave class feeling strong and free!

Policies

Classes will happen if they are on the schedule! We do not cancel classes — there is no minimum amount of dancers required.

Please pre-register using Mindbody for our Grant Park/Marchon location, or Dance Studio Pro for the Northlake location, so we can look forward to seeing you!

We provide a safe and inclusive space for dancers of all experience levels. We prioritize community and aim to provide a space where everyone feels encouraged to try their best and freely express themselves.
