Parking Deck Access: Take Oakland Avenue to the dead end (into the railroad and MARTA), turn left and enter the deck and continue to the lower parking deck (not the gated parking for residents). We have 24 parking spot for Neighborhood Ballet families!

• Oakland Cemetery Park Mobile Lot. This is just steps away from our pedestrian entrance on Grant Street. Please see IMPORTANT UPDATES BELOW!

• Carpool when you can! Have a friend or two in class? Create a carpool plan for smoother drop-offs and pick-ups.

• Consider taking the MARTA. We are conveniently located near the King Memorial station making for easy commutes for those who take the MARTA.

• Review your street parking options! We’ve outlined the alternate parking in our area for you—review these options and know what’s available before heading our way!

• Plan ahead—especially on our busy weekends. With 5 studios, we have lots of classes and community members flowing in and out of the studios. Plan to give yourself extra time to get to the studio, especially in the first few weeks as we are all getting used to this new flow!

IMPORTANT Oakland Cemetery Partnership Parking Updates!

We’re excited to share that we have been working with our Oakland Cemetery neighbors to create a more streamlined parking system thanks to their new camera-based license plate reader enforcement model. 

Starting July 13th, 2026, you will be able to park in the Oakland Cemetery lot for up to four hours for free! Enter the parking lot from MLK Jr Drive across from Das BBQ and park anywhere in the lot. To validate your parking each day, you will scan a QR code located at the Neighborhood Ballet front desk. 

Best of all, there’s a 20 minute grace period for any caregivers quickly dropping off or picking up their dancer! If you are in the lot for less than 20 minutes, you will not need to register for parking.
